Beth DeLaRosby begins her 17th year as head women's swimming and diving coach in 2023-24 (63-32 dual-meet record, 16 years). She led the program to top-10 finishes at the NCAA Division III Women’s Swimming Championship in each of her first three years, and has been named CCIW “Women’s Swimming Coach of the Year” in 2009, 2010, 2018, 2019 and 2020.
A native of Two Harbors, Minn., DeLaRosby was an assistant swimming coach at Springfield College in 2006-07 and 2007-08. Prior to that, she served as an assistant coach at Wheaton College (Mass.) in 2005-06. DeLaRosby attended Gustavus Adolphus College, where she earned College Swimming Coaches Association of America First-Team All-America honors in both 2004 and 2005, placing third in the 50-freestyle in 2004 and tying for sixth place in the same event in 2005.
DeLaRosby graduated from Gustavus Adolphus in 2005 with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and criminal justice, and she received her master’s of science degree in physical education with a concentration in Athletic Administration from Springfield in 2008. In addition to her duties as swimming coach, DeLaRosby serves as aquatics director for Carthage’s Koenitzer Aquatic Center.
Doug Schranck is the Head Men's & Women's Coach for Rockhurst University.
Schranck had served as the assistant men's and women's swimming and diving coach at Drury University since 2015. He helped the Drury's women's team win five consecutive GLVC championships (2017-20, 2022) and four NCAA Division II runner-up finishes (2017-19 and 202

Schranck had served as the assistant men's and women's swimming and diving coach at Drury University since 2015. He helped the Drury's women's team win five consecutive GLVC championships (2017-20, 2022) and four NCAA Division II runner-up finishes (2017-19 and 2021). He also helped guide the men's squad to three GLVC titles (2016-17, 2021) and three NCAA runner-up finishes (2017, 2021-22).
He helped coached 14 NCAA individual champions and 68 NCAA All-Americans at Drury. He was the lead coach for the distance swimmers and was heavily involved in recruiting for the Panthers.
Schranck got his start in college coaching as a graduate assistant at Arizona State University in 2014. He coordinated on-campus recruiting visits as well as logistics for team travel for the Sun Devils' swimming and diving program during his one year in Tempe, Arizona.
He received his undergraduate degree in finance and management with a minor in economics from Carthage College in 2012 and a master's degree in integrative leadership from Drury in 2022. He set school records at Carthage in the 100 and 200 butterfly and was a two-time conference champion as well as a national qualifier in the 100 butterfly.

Ian was born and raised in Illinois and went to college at UWOshkosh. I am currently a PE teacher at two elementary schools in Oshkosh and coach at North High School. I have been coaching for 3 years as well as working with a Special Olympic swim team for two. I am excited to share my knowledge about swimming and racing at Carthage this summer.
